We want you to be completely satisfied with your illumination experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your Philips Lighting LED products within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the lighting fixtures you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the LED bulbs or fixtures in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals and mounting hardware.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned products, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
